“The Magic of IRIS”
I had been trying to sell my house in New Rochelle for two years during which, I worked with two different Realtors, without success. I also tried to sell it myself using the services of “For Sale By Owner” and “Zillow” websites but in vain. In August 2008, I listed the house for sale with Iris Kalt and immediately the “IRIS Magic” started!
Despite the current state of the economy and the real state market, Iris managed to generate a lot of interest in my house. This was reflected in the number of visits and offers received. In fact I received the first offer, at the asking price, one week after the house was listed on the market. Iris advised me to wait and I did. Eight offers later, she sold the house for $15,000 above the asking price in the worst real estate market in recent memory. How did she do it? I really don’t know, and that’s why I call it the “Magic of IRIS”.
Her advice and guidance through the process was invaluable. Her attention to details, knowledge of the field and the market were greatly appreciated. Anybody who buys or sells property in Westchester and does not use Iris will surely have a less than optimal experience. Iris Kalt is simply the best.

I love working with Iris, she always made me feel comfortable and was able to rent our home for an extraordinary amount of money to what I would consider the ‘perfect’ tenants when another agency had my listing for 6 months and could not get the job done.
